Domo Inc. (the company) strongly believes that it is the company's social responsibility to appropriately preserve personal information. Therefore, the company has established a personal information protection policy.

1. The company will only collect personal information that is necessary for the specific inquiry or purpose. The personal information that has been collected will not exceed the boundaries of its' specific inquiry or urpose.

2. The company has taken appropriate measures to avoid any unlawful access, lost, destruction, tampering, leakage of any personal information.

3. The company will obey diligently the rules and regulations set by the company regarding the personal information it possesses.

4. The company will routinely make improvements on its' structure and setup for maintaining personal information.

5. The company will handle any inquiries from the provider of personal information in a rational and expedient manner.

6. The company will manage personal information in the strictest order. Unless permission has been granted by the individual who has provided their personal information, in no circumstance would any personal information be presented or provided to a third party. In case of commissioning any deposited personal information to an outside party, this will be managed only with the permission from the depositor and will be under contract to any outside party.
